The flowers within the chevron pattern looks really good! I think the hat on the tower could have been cut differently to fit a little better, but I do like how you implemented it none the less.
I like the colors of this project but I feel like you should turn the opacity of the texture down, and maybe remove what looks like a drop shadow from the upper layer, other then that I enjoy the creativity
